"Write an email to your teacher after you have received your results, particularly if you think you have learn't something useful in his class, this would make him feel that he is making a positive difference in peoples lives, and help him develop into a better teacher, and on your part, it will show that you are grateful and noble."  The lesson I give in my classes.   Have received many emails telling me that learning Psychology has made a difference in students lives and improved the way they see life and behavior.
